To be a woman, is to be one with Mother Nature. We are, each in our own way,
manifesting Her from birth until death. We are her mirrors.
The spectrum of Her beauties, Her strengths, Her moods and mystery can
never be fully realised in a single painting.
I've welcomed "the women" into my studio for many years and keep a space
open for their arrival. Whenever one reveals herself on a canvas, it is an
intimate moment of recognition, as though a beloved friend has re-entered my
