I've been fascinated and drawn to
the world of flowers since childhood. Entering the floral realm is a journey
into the fantastic, where magic and wonder, spirituality and chaos are
colorfully suffused. Getting up close and personal with a small wonder, can be
enough to inexplicably change your world ... or at the very least, a moment in
your day.
This collection of paintings is drawn from many years of painting flowers. I
cannot imagine my studio without at least one floral work blooming away on a
canvas or a screen.
